Recent Developments in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Severe Fever with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome

发热伴血小板减少综合征是一种新出现的由发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒(又称新型布尼亚病毒)引起的传染性疾病,在中国、韩国和日本均有报道,有较高的病死率。本文对该疾病在中国的流行病学、临床表现和诊断、治疗与预防等方面进行综述,旨在提高临床医生对该疾病的认识,了解该疾病的特点。

Severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome(SFTS)is an emerging infectious disease caused by SFTS virus(SFTSV)(also known as new Bunyaviridae).SFTS has been reported in China,South Korea and Japan and is associated with a high mortality rate.In this review,we summarized the epidemiology,clinical features,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of SFTS in China,aiming to improve the understanding of this disease in clinicians.
