摘要
以单圆柱滚子包络环面蜗杆传动为研究对象,基于空间啮合原理,推导出滚柱包络环面蜗杆传动的啮合效率公式,并分析了啮合效率的影响因素。结果表明,蜗杆副接触齿面间的摩擦因数对啮合效率的影响最大,传动比次之,滚柱半径值影响较小;减小传动比、降低摩擦因数、减少滚柱半径尺寸,有利于滚柱包络环面蜗杆传动啮合效率的提高。研究结论为以后滚柱蜗杆、蜗轮啮合传动的优化与改进提供了重要的参考。
The single cylindrical roller enveloping worm is used as the research object;the meshing efficiency formula of roller enveloping worm gear is deduced based on the principle of space meshing theory.Then,the influencing factors of meshing efficiency are analyzed.The results show that the friction coefficient between the contact surfaces of the worm joint has the greatest influence on the meshing efficiency,and followed by the ratio and the roller radius size has the smallest influence.Reducing the transmission ratio,the friction coefficient and the roller radius size is conducive to roller enveloping worm gear meshing efficiency improvement.The conclusion of the study provides an important reference for the optimization and improvement of the future roller worm gear meshing drive.
