Design of Portable Coin Intelligent Sorting and Counting Machine

设计了一种便携式自动分拣计数包装国内硬币的装置,该装置以AT89C51为控制中心,实现了硬币的智能分拣、计数与包装。该结构主要包含硬币分拣单元、硬币计数单元和硬币包装单元3个部分,硬币分拣单元根据硬币尺寸的大小进行分拣;硬币计数单元利用红外传感器实现硬币的计数;硬币包装单元多个机构协作完成包装。该设计能有效、便捷地解决当前银行、公交公司、商场等部门清点硬币花费大量人工与时间成本的难题,且体积小、重量轻、便于携带,具有良好的实际应用价值与市场推广前景。

This paper designs a kind of portable automatic sorting and counting device for packaging domestic coins.The device takes AT89C51 as the control center to realize the intelligent sorting,counting and packaging of coins.The structure mainly comprises three parts of a coin sorting unit,a coin counting unit and a coin wrapping unit.The coin sorting unit performs sorting according to the size of the coin.The coin counting unit uses the infrared sensor to count coins.Multiple mechanisms of the coin wrapping unit cooperate to complete the wrapping.The design can effectively and conveniently solve the problems of large amount of labor and time cost of counting coins by banks,bus companies,shopping malls and other departments.The utility model has the advantages of small size,light weight and portability,and has good practical application value and marketing prospect.
