摘要
对科赛尔δ 3D打印机进行了介绍。首先运用Catia软件进行模型建立,再通过Pro/E软件处理所绘制的模型,同时生成G代码,3D打印机根据G代码程序,在步进电动机的驱动下,运用机械结构三维运动原理,将打印材料加热融化挤出,在工作空间内进行材料粘连堆积,从而形成成品。
This paper studies Kosselδ-structure 3D printer.Catia software is used to build model,Pro/E software is used to treat the drawn model and generate G code.According to the G code program,the 3D printer is driven by the stepper motor to extrude the molten printing material based on three-dimensional movement principle of mechanical structure.In the work space,the material sticks together and piles up to form the finished product.
