摘要
针对贵州地区研制的ZJ20DB山地模块钻机采用套装式直立起升井架和箱叠式底座、单轴齿轮传动绞车、单电动机皮带传动泥浆泵及转盘传动装置,结构紧凑,减小了安装占地面积及运输尺寸,能适应丘陵、山区等安装场地紧张、运输条件差的地区使用;同时应用交流变频电驱动技术,采用400V可分离交流母线,可以根据电网容量,有选择性的部分或者全部使用网电及柴油发电机组,提高了工业电网使用效率,减少了设备投入及环境污染,降低了生产成本。
ZJ20DB mountain module drilling rig developed for Guizhou area adopts vertical bootstrap mast and boxon-box substructure,the single shaft drawworks,mud pump with single motor and rotary drive device,which has compact structure and reduces the installation area and transport size.It is suitable for hills and mountain where have limited installation area and poor transportation conditions.It uses AC variable frequency electric drive technology and 400 V separable AC bus,which can be part or all of the use of grid and diesel generator sets according to grid capacity.The efficiency of industrial grid use has been improved,equipment investment and environmental pollution have been reduced,and production costs have been reduced.
