摘要
根据静力试验工装的设计原则,从提高工装设计效率和质量出发,提出基于力学计算的三维模型参数化设计的新思路,分析了工装特征尺寸的几何及拓扑关系,并与力学计算公式进行关联,利用Pro/E二次开发构建参数化模型,并给出了应用实例。
According to the design principle of static test fixture,a new idea of parameterized design of three-dimensional model based on mechanical calculation is proposed to improve tooling design efficiency and quality.The geometrical and topological relations of tooling feature size are analyzed,and the formulas are related to the mechanical calculation formula.The parametric model is constructed by Pro/E secondary development and the application examples are given.
