新型高速公路车载式绿篱机结构分析

摘要 在调查和分析现有车载式绿篱修剪机的基础上,重新设计出一款简单、高效的车载式绿篱机。用UG设计出新型结构,经过运动学仿真后,得到一套切实可行的运动方案;用ANSYS Workbench进行有限元静力学分析,完成了结构的强度校核。该车载式绿篱机以PLC为控制基础,采用机械手臂式作业方式,绿篱修剪宽度可调,车辆上的绿篱承载台与绿篱带之间的距离可自动调节,能避障,能够对绿篱的3个所需要修剪的面进行一次性成形修剪,以提高修剪效率。操作简单,可靠性高,具有很好的应用前景。 Based on the investigation and analysis of the existing vehicle-mounted hedge trimmer,a simple and efficient vehicle-mounted hedge trimmer is redesigned.UG is used to design a new structure.Kinematics simulation is used to get a set of practical exercise program;ANSYS Workbench is used for finite element static analysis and structural strength check.The car-type hedge trimmer uses PLC control and robotic arm operation.The hedge trim width is adjustable.The distance between the hedging station and the hedge tape on the vehicle can be adjusted automatically to avoid obstacles.The trimming surfaces of the three hedges can be trimmed at one time to improve the cutting efficiency.It has the characteristics of simple operation and high reliability.It has a good application prospects.
