摘要
针对用于浇包运输的载重10 t的轨道运输车的研发,文中研究各种概念设计理论与TRIZ理论的效应,遵循功能设计流程,进行轨道运输车的概念设计。并进一步进行结构设计,绘制产品图样,跟进产品制造,最终将产品投入生产使用。使用效果证明了此次技改中开发的采用直流电动机驱动的轨道运输车,既减少了工人近距离接近高温铁水的危险,又无电缆随行困扰。技改效果明显,验证了功能设计流程对于产品设计的指导性。
Aiming at the research and development of rail transporter with 10 ton load for ladle transportation,this paper studies the effect of various conceptual design theory and TRIZ theory,and uses the function design flow to carries on the conceptual design of the track vehicle.Structural design,drawing product design and product manufacturing are finished for production use.The results prove that this DC motor-driven rail transporter can avoid the workers close to the high temperature molten iron,and no cable accompanying troubled.Technical obvious effect verifies the functional design process for product design guidance.
