摘要
针对海上平台遮蔽甲板,对横梁进行了全三维实体的有限元分析,计算了不同起吊方式下的最大起吊能力。在单点起吊方式下,按起吊能力对横梁划分了三个区域;在不考虑起吊位置的情况下单点起吊最大载荷为26 kN。计算了常用二点起吊和多点起吊的最大载荷,二点起吊的最大载荷能力可达到50 kN,多点起吊的最大载荷能力可达到60 kN。二点起吊或多点起吊时,组合起吊点的间距越大,载荷能力有提高的趋势。最大起吊载荷的评估结果对安全施工具有实际指导意义。
The 3D solid finite element analysis of offshore support platform shelter deck beam is carried out,and the maximum lifting capacity is calculated under different lifting mode.In single point lifting mode,the beam is divided into three regions according to the lifting capacity.The maximum load of single point lifting is 26kN,without considering lifting position.The maximum load of commonly used two point lifting and multi-point lifting is calculated in the same way.The maximum lifting load can reach 50kN under two point lifting mode,and that can reach 60kN under multi-point lifting mode.There is an increasing trend of load capacity during the increasing of distance of combination lifting points under two point lifting or multi-point lifting mode.The evaluation results of maximum lifting loads have practical significance for platform construction safety.
