Fault Analysis of Shear Gauge for Steel Bar

棒材生产中,定尺机配合冷剪来完成轧件定尺剪切,是关系到产品尺寸精度的关键环节。介绍了几种棒材车间常见的定尺机及其特点,分析了生产中的典型问题。针对部件开裂、部件损坏、长轴挠曲、挡板移位以及缓冲装置损坏等问题,提出采用辊道调速、增加锁紧装置锁紧力和采用新型缓冲装置等解决方法,以提高定尺机的定尺精度和使用寿命。

In bar steel rolling,longitudinal stop cooperating with shearing machine realizes specified length shearing,which is crucial for controlling precision of cutting length.This paper introduces several kinds of shear gauges which are frequently used in manufacture.The typical problems in production are analyzed.In order to solve the problems such as component cracking,component damage,long axis deflection,baffle displacement and buffer device damage,this paper proposes some new methods such as roller table speed regulation,locking force increase of locking device and new buffer device.And the precision and service life of the shear gauge are improved.
