摘要
对某取力器传动轴断裂件进行材料、断口金相和硬度的对比分析。通过断口分析发现,由于摩擦发热导致烧蚀从而造成断件高温蠕变,导致蠕变速度加快,直致疲劳断裂。针对性地提出提高热处理质量、优化设计、提高机械加工工艺精度等措施。最后通过实验来验证改进方案,并取得了良好实验效果。
This paper carries out comparative analysis of the material,the fracture microstructure and the hardness of a fractured power take-off shaft.The fracture analysis proves that frictional heat causes ablation and high temperature creep,which results in accelerated creep and fatigue fracture.Some measures such as improving the quality of heat treatment,optimizing the design and improving the precision of machining are put forward.Experiments are used to verify the improvement plan and achieve good experimental results.
