光学相干断层成像对支架内再狭窄诊断的应用 被引量:1

摘要 支架内再狭窄是冠心病患者经皮冠脉介入术后的主要并发症,目前对术后支架内再狭窄的评价成为医学关注的焦点。光学相干断层成像技术具有分辨率高,组织相关性良好等特点,可以提供更多的临床信息,现就光学相干断层成像在支架内再狭窄诊断的应用做一综述。 In-stent restenosis(ISR)is one of tJhe main complications in coronary artherosclerotic heart disease patiente percutaneous coronary intervention.Due to these complications,the assessment of in-stent restenosis has become the focus of attention in the medical field.With a higher image resolution,optical coherence tomography(OCT)offers higher sensitivity and specificity for distinct plaque components,providing increased valuable information about ISR.In this paper,the application of OCT in the diagnosis of irrstent restenosis was reviewed.
