摘要
急性心肌梗死是一种常见的心血管疾病,已成为心血管疾病的主要致死疾病之一。MicroRNAs是一组具有调节功能的非编码RNA,在调节细胞和生物体生命活动中发挥着重要作用。近几年的研究表明microRNAs与急性心肌梗死的病理生理发展过程有着紧密的联系,其作为新兴的生物标志物,特异性和敏感性较高,且对心肌细胞有一定的保护作用。现重点介绍几种与急性心肌梗死关系密切的microRNAs,针对近年来microRNAs在急性心肌梗死诊断和治疗作用中的研究进展做一综述。
Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)is a common cardiovascular disease,and has become one of the major lethal diseases of cardiovascular disease.MicroRNAs is a group of non-coding RNAs with regulatory functions that play an important role in regulating cellular and biological life activities.Recent studies have shown that microRNAs are closely linked to the pathophysiological development of AMI.As the new biomarker,microRNAs are specific and sensitive and have the protective effect on cardiomyocytes.The following article will focus on several microRNAs which are connected with AMI,and provide a review of the recent progresses of microRNAs application in AMI.
