红细胞比容与冠心病关系的研究进展

Research Progress in Relationship Between Hematocrit and Coronary Heart Disease

红细胞比容测定指一定容积全血中红细胞所占的百分比,又称红细胞压积,常作为贫血诊断和分类的指标。目前,红细胞比容与冠状动脉严重程度的关系尚无一致的结果,随着冠心病发病率的逐年增加,这方面的相关研究越来越多,现就红细胞比容与冠心病关系的研究进展做一综述。

Hematocrit is the proportion of the total blood volume occupied by red blood cells.It is often used as an indicator in the diagnosis and classification of anemia.At present,the association between hematocrit levels and coronary artery lesions has been reported inconsistently.With the incidence of coronary heart disease increasing year by year,more and more correlation studies have been conducted.This article makes a review on the relationship between hematocrit and coronary heart disease.
