摘要
C1q肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白(CTRPs)是一种新发现的蛋白超家族,目前认为CTRP家族至少包括15个成员。CTRP3是一种在脂肪组织中强表达的新型脂肪因子,具有多种作用,如降低葡萄糖水平,抑制肝脏中的糖原生成,增加血管生成和抑制炎症反应等。诸多研究证明,CTRP3与糖尿病、高血压、高血脂、冠心病等心血管疾病存在相关性,并参与这些疾病的发生发展。现对CTRP3在冠心病及其相关疾病中的作用做一综述。
C1q/tumor necrosis factor-related proteins(CTRPs)are a newly discovered protein superfamily.At present,the CTRP family is composed of at least 15 members.CTRP3 is a novel adipokinin that is strongly expressed in adipose tissue and has multiple effects,such as lowering glucose levels,inhibiting glycogen production in the liver,increasing angiogenesis and inhibiting inflammatory responses.Many studies have shown that CTRP3 and diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,coronary heart disease and other cardiovascular diseases associated with the occurrence and development of these diseases.This article will review the role of CTRP3 in coronary heart disease and its risk factors.
