摘要
采用平板打孔法测定了五倍子(Galla chinensis)等150种中草药对维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii)的体外抑制作用,并采用二倍稀释法测定具有良好抑菌活性的54种中草药对维氏气单胞菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果显示:五倍子(G.chinensis)、石榴(Punica granatum)皮、地榆(Sanguisorba officinalis)和乌梅(Prunnus mume)的抑菌效果最好,抑菌圈直径在20 mm以上,其中,五倍子(G.chinensis)抑菌作用和杀菌作用最强,MIC和MBC均为1.95 mg/m L;地榆(S.officinalis)次之,MIC和MBC分别为1.95 mg/m L和3.91mg/m L;虎杖(Polygonum cuspidatum)、黄柏(Phellodendron chinense)、香薷(Mosla chinensis)等16种中草药具有中等抑菌效果;木瓜(Chaenomeles sinensis)、萹蓄(P.aviculare)、桉树(P.aviculare)叶等34种中草药抑菌效果较弱;海风(Piper kadsura)藤、柴胡(Bupleurum chinense)、茵陈(Artemisia scoparia)等96种中草药无抑菌作用。
Totally 150 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines against pathogenic Aeromonas veronii in vitro were detected by disc agar diffusion method.The researchers chose 54 kinds of chinese herbal medicines,which had significant imll inhibitory effects against A.veronii to test the sensitivity,the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)and the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)by the method of double dilution.The results showed that 4 kinds of Chinese herbs including Galla chinensis,Punica granatum,Sanguisorba officinalis and Prunnus mume were all highly susceptible to A.veronii,and the diameter of inhibition zone(DIZ)for these medicines exceeded 20 mm.G.chinensis had the best inhibitor effect on the bacteria A.veronii,the MIC and MBC of G.chinensis were both of 1.95 mg/mL,while that of S.officinalis were 3.91 mg/mL and 7.81 mg/mL.Except the four species above,other 16 kinds of Chinese herbs,such as Polygonum cuspidatum,Phellodendron chinense and Mosla chinensis had moderate bacteriostatic effects.In addition,there were other 34 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines,such as Chaenomeles sinensis,P.aviculare and P.aviculare had just a little susceptibility against A.veronii,and the other 96 kinds with no effect at all.
