企业家社会资本影响经营绩效的机制研究——商业模式创新的视角

The Effects of Entrepreneurial Social Capital on Business Performance——The Perspective of Business Model Innovation

企业家社会资本是转型经济条件下企业竞争优势的重要来源,但对其与经营绩效关系的认识还存在差异。文章从商业模式创新的视角,在区分商业社会资本和政治社会资本基础上,探究企业家社会资本影响经营绩效的内在机制。运用来自我国制造型中小企业的192份数据进行实证分析,结论显示,企业家商业社会资本积极影响效率型与新颖型商业模式创新,而政治社会资本仅对新颖型商业模式创新的影响效果显著。同时,效率型商业模式创新显著驱动市场与财务绩效,而新颖型商业模式仅对财务绩效有积极作用。研究相关结论为我国企业利用企业家社会资本,推动商业模式创新,有效提升经营绩效提供管理启示。

Entrepreneur social capital is an important source of competitive advantage in the context of transitional economy,but there are some differences in understanding the intrinsic relationship between entrepreneur social capital and business performance.From the perspective of business model innovation,this paper,based on distinguishing commercial social capital and political social capital,explores the internal mechanism of entrepreneur social capital on business performance.The paper also uses 192 data from manufacturing SMEs in China to make the empirical analysis.The results show that entrepreneurial commercial social capital positively affects both efficient and novel business models innovation,whereas political social capital only significantly affects the novel business model innovation.Moreover,efficient business model innovation significantly drives both market and financial performance,whereas the novel business model only has a positive effect on financial performance.The study conclusions provide management implications for optimizing the use of entrepreneur social capital,promoting business model innovation,and effectively improving business performance.
