摘要
文章基于2000-2015年中国省级面板数据,采用空间杜宾模型及偏微分效应分解方法,分析铁路投资建设与市场化的协同合作机制,实证考察铁路基础设施对本地及邻近地区经济增长的影响、市场化与铁路基础设施对区域经济发展的协同合作效应。结果表明,铁路基础设施促进本地经济增长并产生正向空间溢出;铁路与市场化进程对本地经济产生正向协同合作效应;地理邻近地区市场化水平差异过大时,市场化水平较高地区进行铁路投资建设将吸引经济要素流入和企业转移。因此,在完善铁路基础设施的同时,应缩小区域间市场化水平差距,发挥市场化在铁路基础设施经济绩效转化过程中的重要作用。
Based on Chinese provincial panel data from 2000 to 2015,the paper applies spatial Durbin model and partial derivative method to analyze the cooperative mechanism between railway infrastructure and marketization,and empirically examines the impact of railway infrastructure on economic growth in local and neighboring areas,and the synergy effect of marketization and railway infrastructure on regional economic development.The results show that:Railway infrastructure promotes local economic growth and produces a positive spatial spillover;The railway and the process of marketization have a positive synergistic effect on the local economy;Railway infrastructure development will attract the inflow of economic factors and the transfer of enterprises from the regions with low-level marketization to the regions with high-level marketization when there is a large disparity in marketization among regions.Hence,the gap in marketization should be bridged to make the marketization play an important role in the process of economic performance transformation of railway infrastructure.
