高校辅导员科研工作有效性问题研究

Study on the effectiveness of counsellors' scientific research

随着辅导员队伍建设工作的不断推进,高校辅导员的科研工作取得了较大的成绩,辅导员获得了各类科研平台,从事了大量的项目研究,公开发表了很多成果。但是,辅导员的研究工作水平仍然较低,针对性不强,对于真正提高大学人才培养工作来说所发挥的作用有限。文章对辅导员科研工作有效性问题进行研究,从学科建设、学校系统安排、辅导员自身合理规划等方面提出相关意见。

With the continual advancement of counselors#team development,the counselors of universities have made great achievements in scientific research.For instance,the counselors have obtained various scientific research platforms,engaged in a large number of project studies and published a lot of scientific achievements.However,there is still room for better performance for the research of counselors and their research plays a limited role in the improvement of talents cultivation of universities.This article studies the effectiveness of counselors#scientific research and puts forward relevant opinions from the perspective of subject development,system arrangement of universities and the reasonable planning of counselors.
