摘要
文章指出,与传统的课堂教学相比,案例教学有其自身的优势,能够增强师生互动,提高运用法律解决实际问题的能力,同时也对学生有所启发。案例的选择要具有现实性、典型性和一定的疑难性。案例教学的模式可采用课堂讨论或辩论、模拟仲裁、模拟法庭、旁听案件的审理等。
This article points out that compared with the traditional classroom teaching,case teaching has its own advantages.Case teaching cannot onlystrengthen interaction between teachers and students,improve the ability to employ the law to solve practical problems,but also inspire students.The choice of cases should be typical and difficult to some extent and based on realities.Case teaching can be realized by class discussion or debate,simulated arbitration,moot court,attending the trials in courts etc.
