近年来,肉羊产业快速发展,生产水平不断提高,肉羊生产新技术得到推广。但是与发达国家相比,江苏省的肉羊产业化水平不足,缺乏核心技术,肉羊产业自主产权技术不足,肉羊育种与繁殖工作滞后,良种繁育体系不健全等。在此背景下,文章讨论了加快组建江苏肉羊产业技术创新战略联盟的必要性,围绕肉羊产业技术创新,运用市场机制,积聚各类创新资源,实现产、学、研在战略层面的有效结合,解决制约肉羊产业发展的技术问题,具有重要的现实意义。

In recent years,the sheep industry and the production level keep developing,and the new technology of sheep production have been promoted.However,compared with the developed countries,Jiangsu still lags behind in terms of the level of the industrialization of sheep and the core technology.In this context,the article discusses the need to speed up the formation of a strategic alliance for technological innovation in Jiangsu Sheep and sheep industry.By focusing on technological innovation in the sheep industry,using market mechanisms and accumulating various types of innovative resources,the paper realizes the effective combination of production,learning and research at the strategic level,resolving the technical problems restricting the development of sheep industry has important practical significance.
