摘要
与斯特林制冷机相比,微型节流制冷器以体积小、质量轻、启动快、高可靠性、成本低、无运动部件等优点,在红外制导武器系统中得到广泛应用。为了优化制冷器的启动时间和耗气量,设计了一种带有预冷级波纹管自调式快速节流制冷器。通过实验对比,该制冷器的启动时间比单级自调式节流制冷器快,耗气量比预冷级非自调式制冷器小。制冷器在常温下的启动时间为12 s@90 K、15 s@80 K,同时耗气量也得到了优化。
Compared to the Stirling cooler,miniature Joule-Thomson cooler(J-T cooler)has the advantages of small size,light weight,short cool-down time,high reliability,low cost and the cold end without moving part,which is wildly applied in infrared seeker.In order to optimize cool-down time and gas consumption,designing a bellows self-regulated fast-cool-down J-T cooler with precooler.Compared to other kinds of J-T coolers by experiment,the J-T cooler with precooler cool down faster than the single self-regulated J-T cooler,and its’gas consumption is less than the non-self regulated J-T cooler with precooler.The cool down time of the J-T cooler with precooler is 12 s@90 K,15 s@80 K,and its’gas consumption is optimized.
