Present Study on Heavy Metal Samples in Soil

土壤中重金属样品前处理是准确测定土壤中重金属含量的关键环节,合理的前处理方法可以减少实验过程中产生的误差,实验结果的准确性将会大大提高。对目前土壤样品中重金属分析的湿法消解、干灰化法、微波消解等前处理方法的原理及其现状进行介绍,并指出各种方法的优点及存在的问题,为土壤重金属样品前处理技术的进一步探索研究提供参考。

The preparation of heavy metals in the soil samples is the key link in the process of accurate determination of heavy metal content in soil.The reasonable pretreatment method can reduce the error during the process of experiment,so the accuracy of experimental results will be greatly improved.The principle and current situation of the pretreatment methods such as wet digestion,dry ashing and microwave digestion of heavy metals in soil samples were introduced.At the same time,the advantages and existing problems of various methods were pointed out,providing a reference for the further study of the pretreatment.
