摘要
以2-溴-4-羟甲基吡啶为原料,通过Suzuki反应、溴化反应和Wittig反应合成了一个含吡啶乙烯基的C^N-配体。将其与钌进行配位,合成了一种新型环金属钌配合物Ru-1,并通过~1H NMR、质谱等手段对其进行结构表征。优化了环金属配合物的合成路线和产物的提纯方法。紫外-可见吸收光谱表明其在550 nm处的摩尔消光系数为1.0×10~4mol^(-1)·L·cm^(-1),吸收边延伸至700 nm,说明该配合物在可见光区有着良好的吸收性能。
A new C^N-ligand containing pyridylethenyl group was synthesized via Suzuki reaction,bromination reaction and Wittig reaction by using 2-bromo-4-hydroxylmethylpyridine as starting material.The ligand was coordinated with ruthenium to afford a new cyclometalated ruthenium complex Ru-1,which was characterized by 1 HNMR and MS spectrum.The synthetic routes of cyclometallic complexes and the purification methods of the products were optimized.The UV-Vis spectrum showed that the molar extinction coefficient of the absorption at 550 nm was over 1.0×10 4 mol-1·L·cm-1.Moreover,the absorption band edge extended to 700 nm.The result showed that the complex had good absorption property in the visible region.
