碱显影感光聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的合成及应用 被引量:1

摘要 以聚醚二元醇为软段,异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为硬段,通过与双羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)的多步反应在聚氨酯中分别引入羧基和双键,合成了碱显影感光聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。研究了聚丙二醇(PPG)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和HEMA的添加量对树脂性能的影响。结果表明,以PPG2000和PEG2000为软段,在HEMA添加量较多时,制备的柔性线路板用阻焊油墨综合性能较优:使用松香助焊剂能承受260℃焊锡10 s,且拉伸性能大幅提高。 Alkali developable and photosensitive polyurethane acrylate was synthesized by step polymerization using polyether glycol as soft segment and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)as hard segment.The products were further reacted with dimethylolpropionic(DMPA)and hydroxyethyl methylacrylate(HEMA)to introduce carboxyl group and carbon-carbon double bond.The effects such as the molecular weight of polypropylene glycol,the types of polyether glycol,and the content of HEMA on the properties of final products were investigated.The result showed that polyurethane acrylate prepared by PPG2000 and PEG2000 with appropriate content of HEMA had an optimized performance:no peeling on 260℃for 10 s by rosin flux.It possessed good tensile property.
