摘要 以牌号140聚丙烯树脂作为基料,使用高效成核剂生产出一种高刚耐热聚丙烯树脂。文中分析了制备高刚耐热聚丙烯树脂时,成核剂的种类和添加比例对改性PP(140)性能的影响。筛选出添加0.10wt%CHJ-3#成核剂制备的高刚耐热聚丙烯树脂力学性能最佳,其拉伸强度达到40.8 MPa,拉伸断裂标称应变为10.63%,拉伸断裂应力35.1 MPa,弯曲模量为1994.63MPa,邵氏硬度为71.9,悬臂梁冲击强度为3.33 k J/m^2,负荷热变形温度高达122℃。 A kind of PP with high rigidity and heat resistant was produced by using efficient nucleating agent,which was made of 140-grade PP.The type of nucleating agent and its amount on the preparation of PP with high strength and heat resistant were analyzed.High rigidity and high heat resistance PPH with the best mechanical properties was prepared by using 0.10wt%CHJ-3#nucleating agent,the tensile strength reached 40.8 MPa,nominal tensile strain at break was 10.63%,tensile stress at break was 35.1 MPa,flexural modulus was 1994.63 MPa,shaw hardness was 71.9,IZOD notched impact strength was 3.33 kJ/m 2 and heat deflection temperature was as high as 122℃.
