摘要
针对聚氨酯泡沫塑料对镓的吸附条件、吸附行为以及对钒钛磁铁矿中镓的分离富集效果进行研究。研究表明,吸附的最佳条件分别是:6 mol/L HCl吸附液,2 h振荡,1∶50固液比,1.0 mol/L NH_4Cl洗脱剂;铁钛钒铝对镓的测定有正干扰,因此采用三种方法降低干扰。实验表明样品经过调节pH=12.8除去沉淀后,调节合适pH后经过吸附、洗脱效果最好,样品中镓的百分比由1.06%上升到32.56%。
Using polyurethane foam,the adsorption conditions,adsorption behavior and the separation and enrichment of gallium in vanadium-titanium magnetite were systematically investigated.The results showed that the optimum conditions of static adsorption were as follows:the adsorption medium was hydrochloric acid,the concentration of HCl was 6 mol/mL,the oscillation time was 2 h,the solid-liquid ratio was 1:50,the eluent was 1.0 mol/L NH 4 Cl.Fe,Ti,vanadium,aluminum had a positive interference on the determination of gallium,so these three methods were used to reduce interference.Experiments showed that after the sample was adjusted to pH=12.8 to remove the precipitate,the best elution effect was obtained after adjusting the appropriate pH.The percentage of gallium in the sample increased from 1.06%to 32.56%.
