摘要 煤沥青的来源丰富、价格低廉、用途比较广泛,所以了解其理化性质以及热性能显得尤其重要。本文通对软沥青和改质沥青分别进行了γ组分和β组分的萃取。以热重分析法作为检测手段,分析考察了煤沥青的种类,升温速率及族组成的热解规律。实验结果显示:煤沥青中γ组分含量越高,软化点越低,其热解越趋于低温方向同时失重越多。β组分含量高时整个热解过程向高温移动,失重量减少。升温速率越大整个热解过程向高温移动,失重量越大。 The coal tar pitch is a chemical raw material of abundant source,low price and more extensive use,therefore the holding its physics-chemical properties has become particularly important.γandβcomponents were extracted from the soft asphalt and modified pitch.The effect of pitch species and heating rate on coal pitch pyrolysis was determined by thermogravimetric analysis.The results showed when the content ofγ-component in the coal tar pitch became higher,its softening point fell,its pyrolysis tended to low temperature and its weight loss increased.With the content ofβ-component rising,the whole pyrolysis process moved to high temperature and weight loss reduced.When the heating rate increased,the whole pyrolysis process moved to high temperature and weight loss increased.
