摘要
经济新常态和供给侧改革加剧地矿类专业就业形势严峻,也对大学生综合素质提出更高要求,双创思维和能力成为用人单位对高校毕业生的基本要求。提出以双创高素质人才培养为导向,以专业知识为基础,基于学科竞赛+项目实验实践载体,运用任务驱动法训练,基于项目化和本科生导师制的强化双创思维人才培养改善就业的思路,进行地方普通高校双创高素质人才培养机制探索,为改善地矿类毕业生就业状况提供参考。
Under New Normal and supply-side reform,employment situation is severe for geology mining graduates.And higher requirements were also proposed on undergraduates overall quality.Innovation entrepreneurship thinking and ability have become the basic requirements for college graduates.Based on subject knowledge,the ideas of personnel training were proposed by taking subject competition+project experiment practice as carrier,using task-driven method and building project and mentor system to cultivate undergraduates with innovative entrepreneurship thinking.The personnel training mechanism of innovation entrepreneurship in local colleges were discussed,providing reference to solve employment problems of geological mining graduates.
