6S管理模式在高校实验室中的研究与应用

Research and Application of 6S Management Mode in University Laboratory

主要阐述6S管理理论的内容,根据高校实验室的现状,提出在实验室日常管理中引入6S管理模式的必要性。以无机化学实验室为例,介绍了6S管理模式在实验室环境、试剂管理、仪器管理、人员素质培养、安全工作等方面的具体应用。采用6S管理模式后实验室管理质量显著提高,这对高校实验室规范化管理、培养师生良好实验习惯、塑造实验室良好环境有着重要作用。

The theory of the 6S management was mainly expounded.According to the present situation of university laboratories,the necessity of introducing 6S management mode in the daily management of laboratory was put forward.Taking Inorganic Chemistry laboratory as an example,the applications of 6S management model in laboratory environment,reagent management,instrument management,personnel quality training,safety work,and so on,were introduced.After the adoption of 6S management mode,the quality of laboratory management was improved remarkably.It had an important effect on the standardized management of the laboratory,cultivating the good experimental habits of teachers and students and shaping the good environment of the laboratory.
