摘要
2017年上半年我国共发生燃气爆炸事故389起,因第三方施工破坏燃气管道事故116起,城市燃气管网事故频发,安全生产形势依然复杂严峻。本文分析了城市燃气管网设计、施工、运行、抢险环节存在的问题,提出管网信息普查、完善燃气安全标识的设置、加强巡线管理、采用科学先进的安全管理手段、大力推广新材料、工艺、技术敷设燃气管道、强化各种安全培训、加强应急管理等措施建议,确保管网安全运行,以达到城市燃气管网安全管理质的提升。
The gas explosion occurred 389 accidents in the first half of 2017,there were 116 accidents of damage to gas pipeline due to third party construction,frequent accidents of city gas pipeline network happened,production safety situation is still complicated and grim.The problems in the design,construction,operation and rescue of city gas pipeline network were analyzed,suggestions for pipeline network information census,improving gas safety labeling,strengthening patrol line management,adopting scientific and advanced safety management measures,vigorously promoting new materials,technology and technology,laying gas pipelines,strengthening various safety training and strengthening emergency management were put forward,to ensure the safety operation of the network and achieve the quality safety management of city gas network.
