民办高校实习课程教学改革研究——以重庆人文科技学院为例

On Teaching Reform of Practice Course in Private Colleges——A Case Study of Chongqing College of Humanities Science and Technology

高校毕业生就业形势越来越严峻,如何提高大学生的综合能力,以适应社会发展的需求至关重要.相关研究表明实习在一定程度上可以提高学生的实践操作能力,并提升学生的就业能力.而高校的实习教学过程存在诸多问题,致使课程效果不明显,需要进行必要的改革.该文以重庆人文科技学院为例,分析了我国民办高校实习课程教学存在的问题,提出了相应的对策,以期能够促进实习教学改革,提高教学质量.

With the increasing challenges in employment of college graduates,there arise a vital requirement on how to improve the students'comprehensive ability to meet the social demand.Research shows that practice to a certain extent can improve the practical ability of students so as to improve the students'employment ability.Therefore,it is of vital importance to strengthen practice teaching.And there are many problems in the process of practice teaching in colleges and universities.The effect is not obvious,and it is necessary to conduct urgent reforms.This paper takes Chongqing Institute of Humanities Science and technology as an example,analyzes the problems in practice of Chinese private colleges teaching problems,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,with a hope to promote the reform of practice teaching,improve teaching quality.
