运动干预对中考应试群体心理健康的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 为探索运动与心理健康的关系,从而为通过运动干预改善中考应试群体心理健康水平提供依据.对188名中考应试学生进行为期3个月的运动干预,在干预前后采用患者健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)、广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)、孤独感量表(ULS-8)对其心理健康状况进行评估,结果显示:中考应试学生抑郁、焦虑、孤独感因子均值均大于4.5分,抑郁阳性检出率为52.6%,焦虑阳性检出率为42.5%,孤独感阳性检出率为57.9%,显示出轻微症状水平;性别、生源地差异与运动干预心理健康效果差异无统计学意义;3个月运动干预后,抑郁、焦虑、孤独感因子的均值下降,与实验前测试结果有统计学意义,而对照组抑郁、焦虑、孤独感因子的均值提升,心理问题加重.研究结果表明:运动对改善中考应试学生心理健康水平有积极的促进作用. Relationship between exercise and mental health has been explored to provide the basis for improving the mental health level of middle school students through exercise intervention.In this study,188 patients have been followed up for three months.Before and after the intervention,the depression scale(PHQ-9),generalized anxiety disorder scale(GAD-7),loneliness scale(ULS-8)The results show that the scores of depression,anxiety and loneliness are>4.5,the positive rate of depression is 52.6%,the positive rate of anxiety is 42.5%,and the positive rate of loneliness is 57.9%.The difference is not significant(P>0.05).There is no significant difference in the difference of gender and native place between the two groups.The mean value of depression,anxiety and loneliness decrease after three months of exercise intervention.The difference is statistically significant,while the control group depression,anxiety,loneliness increase and their psychological problems are getting worse.The results show that exercise has a positive effect on improving the mental health of students in the test.
