摘要
目的:观察消银汤联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)治疗寻常型银屑病血热证的疗效及对患者血清Th1/Th2型细胞因子表达的影响。方法:将寻常型银屑病血热证患者60例随机分为治疗组及对照组,每组30例,治疗组予消银汤联合NB-UVB照射治疗,对照组予NB-UVB照射治疗,8周后评价疗效并测定2组患者治疗前后血清Th1/Th2型细胞因子[干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素4(IL-4)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)]水平。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后PASI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10及对照组IFN-γ、IL-2与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);2组治疗后各指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:消银汤联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病血热证疗效确切,可能与调节Th1/Th2型细胞因子水平有关。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of XiaoYin decoction combined with NB-UVB in the treatment for psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat pattern and its influence on the expressions of Th1/Th2 cytokine.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases each group,the patients in the treatment group were treated by XiaoYin decoction combined with NB-UVB and the ones in the control group were radiated by NB-UVB,the levels of Th1/Th2 cytokines(IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10)in the serum of both groups were assessed before and after treating,and the effects were assessed in eight weeks.Results:The treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects(P<0.05);the treatment group was lower than the control group in PASI scales after treating obviously(P<0.01);the differences had statistical meaning in the comparisons of IFN-γ,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10 of the treatment group before and after treating,and IFN-γand IL-2 of the control group(P<0.01);The difference was statistically significant when the indexes of the treatment group were compared with these of the control group after treating(P<0.01).Conclusion:XiaoYin decoction combined with NB-UVB could obtain definite effects in the treatment for psoriasis vulgaris of blood-heat pattern,which might be related to regulating the levels of Th1/Th2 cytokine.
