五劳七损方加味治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效

Clinical Effects of WuLao QiSun Prescription in Treating Lumbar Disc Herniation of Liver-kidney Deficiency Pattern

目的:观察五劳七损方治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组给予五劳七损方治疗,对照组给予双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗,比较治疗前及治疗15天后2组患者JOA评分及临床疗效。结果:愈显率治疗组为73.3%,对照组为70.0%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);JOA评分2组治疗后均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应率治疗组为3.3%,对照组为20.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五劳七损方治疗肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症与双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊疗效相当,但五劳七损方对胃肠道的不良反应低于双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊。

Objective:To observe curative effects of WuLao QiSun prescriptions in treating lumbar disc herniation(LDH)of liver-kideny deficiency pattern.Methods:Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group,30 cases each group,the patients in the treatment group were treated with WuLao QiSun prescriptions and the control group diclofenac sodium sustained release capsules,JOA scales and clinical effects of both groups were compared before treating and in 15 days after treating.Results:The markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 73.3%,higher than 70.0%of the control group,and there was no obvious difference between both groups(P>0.05),JOA scales in both groups raised after treating compared with before treating,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05),the difference had no statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after the treating(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of the treatment group was 3.3%,lower than 20.0%of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clincial effects of WuLao QiSun prescriptions are equivalent to diclofenac sodiumsustained release capsules in treating LDHof liver-kideny deficiency pattern,while the incidence of adverse reaction of WuLao QiSun prescriptions is lower than that of diclofenac sodiumsustained release capsules.
