中药正肝汤对乙型肝炎肝硬化患者血清瘦素、脂联素水平以及胰岛素抵抗影响的分析

Analysis of the effect of traditional Chinese medicine Gan Gan Tang on serum leptin,adiponectin and insulin resistance in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis

目的探讨乙型肝炎肝硬化患者经中药正肝汤治疗后对其机体血清瘦素、脂联素水平及胰岛素抵抗的影响效果。方法对照组乙型肝炎肝硬化患者接受临床常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用中药正肝汤。结果两组治疗前LEP、ADP、IRS等指标对比P>0.05;治疗后研究组LEP、ADP、IRS等指标较之前下降幅度优于对照组,P<0.05。结论应用常规治疗基础上加用正肝汤可显著提高LEP、ADP、IRS等指标改善效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on serum leptin,adiponectin and insulin resistance in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:the control group of patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis received routine clinical treatment,the study group on the basis of conventional treatment plus traditional Chinese medicine liver soup.Results:two groups before treatment LEP,ADP,IRS and other indicators compared with P>0.05;after treatment,the study group LEP,ADP,IRS and other indicators than the previous decline was better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:the use of conventional treatment plus liver soup can significantly improve the LEP,ADP,IRS and other indicators to improve the effect.
