摘要
针对深水、大流速、低能见度环境下水下抛石基床整平施工效率低、施工精度难以保证的技术难题,进行水下抛石基床自动整平系统研究。设计制作专用试验装置,根据不同的石料铺设状态、整平速度和石料厚度进行分组试验。通过试验得到刮刀整平推进阻力值为23.08kN/m,为该研究提供了关键设计参数。
In the environment of deep water,large flow velocity and low visibility,the construction efficiency of underwater rubble-bedding leveling is low,and it is difficult to ensure the construction accuracy.To solve these problems,we carry out a research on the automatic underwater rubble bed leveling system.To achieve the key technology of the research,we design dedicated test units for the tests,which were divided into several groups based on various laying states of stone,various leveling speeds and various thicknesses of stone.The value of the scraper leveling propulsion resistance is 23.08 kN m according to the tests,and the result provides crucial parameters for the research.
