摘要
针对大型深插式钢圆筒之间的止水连接结构,依托港珠澳隧道人工岛工程,进行选型分析,研发新型超高深插整体式止水弧形钢板副格结构.根据结构受力特点和功能要求,提出副格弧形钢板结构平面尺度和插入深度的确定原则,形成考虑初始偏位的壁厚分析方法及满足偏位适应性要求和施工要求的副格弧形钢板结构的构造设计.经工程验证,该结构具有偏位适应性强、止水效果好、施工效率高等特点.
Aiming at the connecting structures between large-diameter deep embed steel cylinders and combining with the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge artificial island project,we analyze the type selection of arc cell and develop a new type of super-deep-type integral steel plate water-stop arc cell.According to the structure’s mechanical property and the function requirement,we propose the principle of determining the plane dimension and insertion depth of the arc cell.A wall thickness analysis method considering the initial deviation of steel cylinders is formed,and the structural design of the arc cell which satisfies the offset adaptability and construction requirements is proposed.The practical engineering proves that the new arc cell is characterized by good deviation adaptability,good water-stop effect and high construction efficiency.
