摘要 IL-10是一种被广泛表达的单链糖蛋白多效细胞因子,既可以由适应性免疫细胞产生也可以由固有免疫细胞产生.IL-10的特异性受体是复合物,由IL-10R1和IL-10R2两个亚单位构成,主要通过JAK-STAT通路发挥生物学功能.IL-10作为一种关键的抗炎细胞因子参与机体免疫调节,在多种自身免疫病中发挥重要作用.综合整理近几年的最新研究成果,探讨IL-10与自身免疫病的关系. Interleukin-10(IL-10),a single strand glycoprotein,is produced by both adaptive and innate immune cells.IL-10 specific receptor as a complex consists of two submits IL-10R1 and IL-10R2.IL-10 mainly plays biological functions via JAK-STAT signaling pathway.IL-10 is a crucial anti-inflammation cytokine taking part in immune regulation and having significant effect on autoimmune diseases.This paper reviews the relationships between IL-10 and autoimmune diseases according to research achievements in recent years.
