基于数据挖掘的中医药治疗阴虚型糖尿病的组方规律研究 被引量:9

Rules Concerning Combination of Chinese Medicines for Yin-deficient Diabetes:a Literature Review Using Data Mining Technique

摘要 目的探讨中医药治疗阴虚型糖尿病的组方规律。方法于2016-07-20计算机检索中国知网中与中医药治疗阴虚型糖尿病有关的文献,检索时间为1979-01-01至2016-07-20。参照《中药学》对纳入文献的中药名称主题词进行规范化处理。采用Excel 2007软件对组方规律进行描述性统计分析,采用SPSS Clementine 12.0统计软件对使用频次≥10次的高频药物进行关联规则分析,采用SPSS 19.0统计软件对高频药物进行聚类分析。结果共纳入2001—2016年发表的合格文献79篇,涉及中药121味,累计使用频次830次,使用频次≥10次的中药(高频中药)24味,6味为六味地黄丸的组成。高频中药中2~7味药物联合使用分别有14、101、86、32、7、1组,关联强度居于首位的分别为山药+茯苓、茯苓+山药+熟地黄、丹皮+茯苓+山药+山茱萸、丹皮+茯苓+山药+山茱萸+泽泻、丹皮+茯苓+山药+山茱萸+熟地黄+泽泻、丹皮+茯苓+山药+山茱萸+熟地黄+泽泻+枸杞。对高频中药进行聚类分析,将其聚类为2~5类,均有1类为六味地黄丸组成。结论阴虚型糖尿病的治疗主要以六味地黄丸的组成,即丹皮、茯苓、山药、山茱萸、熟地黄、泽泻为主,可随证配伍滋阴、清热、凉血活血、补气等药物。 Objective To investigate the common rules concerning combination of Chinese medicines for yin-deficient diabetes.Methods On July 20th,2016,we conducted a computer-based search of the studies about the treatment for yindeficient diabetes published from January 1st,1979 to July 20th,2016 in CNKI database.The subject headings were normalized by referring to Chinese Materia Medica.Descriptive statistic analysis was performed by using MS Excel 2007.Association rule analysis of combinations of Chinese medicines used≥10 times for diabetes was conducted by using SPSS Clementine 12.0 software.Hierarchical cluster analysis was conducted to investigate the Chinese medicines used frequently for diabetes.Results A total of 79 studies were included.In these studies,totaled 121 Chinese medicines were used in the therapies for yin-deficient diabetes with a cumulative frequency of 830 times;24 Chinese medicines were used≥10 times,6 Chinese medicines is the composition of Liuweidihuangwan.The number of frequently used combinations of two Chinese medicines,three Chinese medicines,four Chinese medicines,five Chinese medicines,six Chinese medicines,and seven Chinese medicines was 14,101,86,32,7,1,respectively.Association rule analysis found that Chinese yam+Poria,Poria+Chinese yam+Prepared Rehmannia,Cortex moutan+Poria+Chinese yam+Cornus officinalis,Cortex moutan+Poria+Chinese yam+Cornus officinalis+Alisma,Cortex Moutan+Poria+Chinese yam+Cornus officinalis+Prepared Rehmannia+Alisman,Cortex Moutan+Poria+Chinese yam+Cornus officinalis+Prepared Rehmannia+Alisman+Chinese Wolfberry achieved the first support.The 24 Chinese medicines used≥10 times were classified into 2-5 categories by hierarchical cluster analysis.No matter how these medicines were classified,there was a category consisting of Cortex moutan,Poria,Chinese yam,Cornus officinalis,Prepared Rehmannia,Alisma(Liuweidihuangwan).Conclusion The commonly used prescription for yin-deficient diabetes is composed of Cortex moutan,Poria,Chinese yam,Cornus officinalis,Prepared Rehmannia,Alisma(Liuweidihuangwan).Based on the patient's symptoms,this prescription can be modified by adding medicines for nourishing yin,reducing fever,cooling blood and promoting blood circulation,or invigorating qi.
