胸痛病因繁杂,病情轻重不一,致命性胸痛可威胁患者生命。社区全科医生是居民健康的"守门人",也常为胸痛患者的首诊医生,掌握胸痛的诊断技能至关重要。本文从全科医生的视角,重点介绍胸痛的病因分类、常见致命性胸痛的特点、胸痛的诊断流程,希望帮助全科医生形成清晰的诊断思路,识别危急重症胸痛患者,寻找胸痛病因,针对病因制定最佳治疗策略,守护居民健康。

Varying in severity,chest pain has miscellaneous causes in general practice,and fatal chest pain can threaten the lives of patients.It is crucial for general practitioners(GPs)to rule out life-threatening chest pain since they are the gatekeepers of the health of residents and are often the first clinicians to have chest pain patients.From the perspective of GPs,this review summarized the classification of etiology,typical symptoms of life-threatening thoracalgia,and the diagnosis process of chest pain in order to help GPs to identify patients with severe chest pain,look for probable reasons for chest pain,and formulate appropriate treatment strategies with a clear diagnostic thinking.
