农村居民社会养老保险制度忠诚度研究——基于代际差异视角

Loyalty of rural social endowment insurance system:From the perspective of generational differences

农民对农村居民社会养老保险制度的忠诚度对制度可持续发展和保障效果发挥具有重要意义。基于2015年全国5省的调查数据,运用忠诚度理论和代际差异理论分析不同世代农民对农居保制度忠诚度差异。结果表明因年龄效应和世代效应的共同作用,农民农居保制度忠诚度代际差异显著。进一步分析不同世代农民制度忠诚度的影响因素,发现青年农民对农居保制度忠诚度主要受到制度满意度的影响,中年农民的制度忠诚度主要受家庭保障能力和村域规范的影响,中老年农民制度忠诚度受制度知晓度、制度满意度以及村域规范的影响。

Farmers'loyalty has great significance to the rural social endowment insurance system for the sustainable development and the guarantee effect.Based on the survey data of 5 provinces in 2015,using the theory of loyalty and the generational difference,the paper analyzes the difference of the farmer's loyalty of different generations to the rural endowment insurance system.The result shows that the generational difference is the result of the combination of the age effect and the cohort effect.Further analysis on the factors influencing farmers'system loyalty in different generations,it is found that the loyalty of young farmer is mainly affected by the degree of system satisfaction,the middle-aged farmers'system loyalty is mainly affected by the ability of family support and village norms,the loyalty of old farmers is influenced by the system satisfaction and village norms.
