miRNA-25和miRNA-143在食管鳞癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析miRNA-25和miRNA-143在食管鳞癌中的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用Real time-PCR法检测65例食管鳞癌组织及正常食管组织的miRNA-25和miRNA-143的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果:miRNA-25在食管鳞癌组织中的表达高于正常组织,而miRNA-143在食管鳞癌组织中的表达低于正常组织。miRNA-25和miRNA-143的表达均与肿瘤临床分期及淋巴结转移情况显著相关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤位置及肿瘤分化程度均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:食管鳞癌患者肿瘤组织中miRNA-25表达水平明显升高,而miRNA-143表达水平明显降低。miRNA-25和miR NA-143可能成为食管鳞癌的潜在肿瘤分子标志物。 Objective:To analyze the relationship between miRNA-25 and miRNA-143 expression quantity in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)and their pathological features.Methods:Adopting the Real time-PCR method to detect 65 cases of ESCC tissues and the expression quantity of normal esophageal tissue of the miRNA-25 and miRNA-143,also analyze the relationship between their expression quantity and clinical pathological features.Results:The miRNA-25 expression quantity was higher than the near normal esophageal tissue quantity in the ESCC.The miRNA-143 expression quantity was lower than the near normal esophageal tissue quantity in the ESCC.The expression of miRNA-25 and miRNA-143 was obviously related to tumor clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),no correlation with the patients age,gender,tumor location and degree of tumor differentiation(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the tumor tissue of the ESCC patients,the miRNA-25 expression quantity was obviously elevated,and the miRNA-143 expression quantity was obviously declined.miRNA-25 and miRNA-143 may be the potential tumor markers of ESCC.
