宫颈癌患者与健康人群血常规指标比较

The differences of the blood indicators between patients with cervical cancer and the healthy people

目的:对未经过任何治疗的初诊宫颈癌患者与健康人群血常规中白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数、血小板计数、中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比率(the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,NLR)及血小板-淋巴细胞比率(the platelet-to-lymphocyte,PLR)进行比较,探讨各项指标在宫颈癌发生中的意义。方法:收集2013年1月至12月期间,于我院接受手术治疗的151名宫颈癌患者的初次检查血常规结果及病理资料,同时收集同年在我院体检中心接受健康体检人群的血常规结果。以宫颈癌患者年龄为基础,与健康人群进行1∶1配对。对两组人群血常规结果中的白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数、血小板计数进行配对t检验分析,对通过计算得到的NLR及PLR进行配对秩和检验。结果:宫颈癌组白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、血小板计数、NLR值和PLR值均高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。而宫颈癌组淋巴细胞计数明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。以上血常规指标在年龄分组中均呈现相同趋势。随着肿瘤罹患,白细胞、中性粒细胞、血小板、NLR值及PLR值均升高,而淋巴细胞计数下降。结论:宫颈癌的发生与免疫状态低下和炎症反应有关,NLR和PLR可能成为宫颈癌的早诊指标。

Objective:Compare the differences of leukocyte,neutrophil,lymphocyte,platelet,the neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and the platelet-to-lymphocyte(PLR)between patients with cervical cancer and the healthy people,to explore the relationship between indicators in tumorigenesis.Methods:A total of 151 patients who underwent complete resection for cervical cancer from January to December 2013.The results of these 151 cervical cancer patients were collected,and compared with the healthy people.Based on age,cervical cancer patients and healthy populations were 1[DK]∶1 pair matched.t test was used for two sets of data analysis,P<0.05 was statistically significant.Results:Compared with the healthy populations,the leukocyte,neutrophil,platelet count,NLR and PLR were raised in the cervical cancer patients(P<0.05).However the lymphocyte count was decreased(P<0.05).The blood indicators showed the same trend in all age groups.The increase of leukocyte,neutrophil,platelet count,NLR,PLR and the decrease of lymphocyte count were associated with the tumor stage.Concl
