^(18)F-FDGPET/CT显像诊断单中心Castleman病1例及文献复习

^(18)F-FDG PET/CT diagnosis for unicentric Castleman disease: A case report and literature review

目的:探讨Castleman病的^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像特征,以提高对该病的诊断。方法:回顾分析1例Castleman病的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果:41岁男患,以"胸闷1年"为主诉入院,^(18)F-FDG PET/CT提示腹部病灶较大,SUVmax为6.3,最后经病理学证实为Castleman病。结论:^(18)F-FDG PET/CT显像对Castleman病有一定的诊断价值,病灶有中等程度的代谢增高。

Objective:To investigate the characteristics of 18 F-FDG PET/CT in the Castleman disease,and to develop the accuracy of the imaging diagnosis.Methods:1 patient with Castleman disease were observed,and the related literature was reviewed.Results:A 41 years old man was hospitalized because of chest tightness over one year.Lesion size of abdominal lesion was relatively large.SUV max was 6.3.Diagnosis of Castleman disease was confirmed by pathology.Conclusion:18 F-FDG PET/CT has certain diagnostic value for unicentric Castleman disease,and lesions have medium degree uptake.
