ITIH5基因在肿瘤中的作用及研究进展

摘要 人类间胰蛋白酶抑制剂H5重链(ITIH5)基因是ITI家族的新成员,是一种潜在性的抑癌基因,通过与透明质酸共价结合维持细胞外基质的稳定性,参与多种生理及病理过程。目前已有多项实验研究表明其参与炎症、肿瘤的形成及转移过程,故本文结合国内外研究进展着重讨论ITIH5基因在肿瘤的发生与发展中的作用。 Inter-α-trypsin inhibitor H5(ITIH5),a novel member of inter-α-trypsin inhibitor(ITI)family,is a potential tumor suppressor gene,which is thought to contribute to the stability of the extracellular matrix due to the covalent linkage to hyaluronic acid(HA),participating in a variety of physiological and pathological process.Currently,many experimental studies have shown that it was involved in the process of inflammation,occurrence and metastasis of tumor.Therefore,this article reviewed the latest researches on the role of ITIH5 gene in the occurrence and development of tumor.
