摘要
由于多种癌基因、抑癌基因参与肿瘤发生、发展过程,癌基因/抑癌基因的持续性改变,导致了食管局部累积性改变,最终形成食管恶性肿瘤。本文针对DACH1在食管癌变中的甲基化改变及其表达调控的研究进行综述。
With participation of various oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes involved in genesis and development,and continuous changes oncogene/tumor suppressor genes,leading to a cumulative change and the final formation of esophageal cancer.The paper related to the methylation and regulation of DACH1 in esophageal cancer are reviewed.
