三种根管治疗器械对根管内充填物清除效果对比 被引量:4

Effects Comparison of Three Different Root Canal Instruments in Removing Filling Materials within Root Canal

摘要 目的比较Mtwo镍钛锉、Pro Taper Universal再治疗系统与手用不锈钢H锉在根管再治疗过程中对根管内充填物的清除效率。方法选取2017年1—7月因晚期牙周炎拔除的上颌切牙60颗进行常规根管预备、冷侧压法充填。按治疗方法分为A、B、C组,每组20颗。A组应用手用不锈钢H锉,B组应用Mtwo镍钛锉,C组应用ProTaper Universal再治疗系统清理根管内充填材料,记录操作所用时间,比较推出根尖孔的碎屑量及管壁清洁度。结果3组均有充填物残留。B、C组在碎屑推出量、管壁清洁度和操作时间方面均优于A组(P<0.05)。结论 3种器械均不能完全清除根管内充填物,但镍钛器械可以明显提高临床工作效率。 Objective To compare efficiency among Mtwo nickel titanium file,ProTaper Universal retreatment system and stainless steel H file by hand use in removing filling materials during root canal retreatment.Methods A total of 60 maxillary incisors extracted by advanced periodontitis from January to July 2017 were treated with conventional root canal preparation and cold lateral condensation technique,and the samples were divided into group A,B and C according to therapeutic methods(n=20 in each group).Group A was treated with stainless steel H file,and group B was treated with Mtwo nickel titanium file,and group C was treated with ProTaper Universal retreatment system.Operative time was also recorded,and debris weigh in apical foramen and cleaning degree of root canal were compared.Results Filling materials were all found in the three groups,In group B and C,values of weight of debris extrusion,clearing degree of tubal wall and operative time were better than those in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion The three instruments can not completely remove filling materials within root canal,but nickel titanium instruments can significantly improve clinical efficiency.
