摘要
教学技术不是外在的规定或固定的流程,而是内化在教师身上的各方面教学素质,这些素质可以通过模仿优秀的教学案例来获得。理念需要通过技术来落实,因而技术上的"可望达成"是判断理念是否合适的重要依据。如果理念太过超前,技术难以望其项背,那就暂时没有推广的价值。目前学术界的研究偏重于理念推广而忽视对技术的探索,这也导致实践中所谓的技术研究仅仅是零散经验的总结,无法支撑理念的落实。这要求教学改革必须转向,从片面推广理念转到相对重视技术的路子上来,这样方能使理念和技术能够相互协调,共同促进教学改革的良性实施。
Teaching technique are not external regulations or fixed procedures,but the abilities internalized in teachers,which can be acquired by imitating excellent teaching examples.Ideas need to be realized by technique,so whether it is technically possible is an important standard to test if the ideas are proper.If the ideas are too much ahead of the technique,they naturally lose the meaning of application.At present,the researches of scholars emphasize the application of ideas while neglecting to explore technique.As a result,the research of technique becomes only the summary of scattered experience,which cannot help the realization of ideas.This urges a change in teaching reform,where people no longer apply ideas but pay more attention to technique.Only in this way can ideas and technique be coordinated with each other and help the implementation of teaching reform.
