瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病患者血管内皮功能、心功能及血流动力学水平的影响

Effect of rosuvastatin on vascular endothelial function,cardiac function and hemodynamics in patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病患者血管内皮功能、心功能及血流动力学水平的影响。方法选取冠心病患者218例,均给予冠心病基础治疗,在基础治疗上加用了瑞舒伐他汀钙片的116例患者作为治疗组,其余102例未加用瑞舒伐他汀钙片的患者作为对照组。比较2组患者治疗前后血管内皮功能、心功能及血流动力学水平。结果 2组治疗后氧化亚氮(NO)显著高于治疗前,内皮素(ET)显著低于治疗前,且治疗组NO水平显著高于对照组,ET显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后平均左室射血分数(LVEF)均较治疗前显著增加,平均左室收缩末期容容积(LVESV)及左室舒张末期容容积(LVEDV)较治疗前显著下降,且治疗组平均LVEF较对照组显著增加,平均LVESV及LVEDV较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血浆纤维蛋白原水平、全血及血浆黏度较治疗前显著降低,且治疗组上述指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀可以有效改善血管内皮功能、心功能及血流动力学指标水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin on vascular endothelial function,cardiac function and hemodynamics in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 218 cases with coronary heart disease were given basic treatment,among whom 116 patients with Rosuvastatin Calcium Tablets were as treatment group,the other 102 cases without the above drugs were as control group.The vascular endothelial function,cardiac function and hemodynamic level were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The level of NO of the two groups were significantly higher,and ET was significantly lower than treatment before.After treatment,the treatment group had higher level of NO,and lower level of ET than the control group.The average left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the two groups increased,the average mean left ventricular systolic volume(LVESV)and left ventricle diastolic volume(LVEDV)decreased when compared to treatment before.After treatment,the treatment group had higher average LVEF,and lower average LVESV and LVEDV than the control group.Plasma fibrinogen levels,whole blood and plasma viscosity of two groups were lower than treatment before,the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin can effectively improve the vascular endothelial function and cardiac function,and reduce the blood rheology level.
